Why this stack
The content team needed WordPress's familiar editor for daily updates, while the performance requirements demanded a decoupled frontend. Next.js gave us static generation for marketing pages and ISR for dynamic content, while WordPress served as the authoring layer the team already knew.
Outcome
The site delivers sub-2-second page loads on mid-range mobile devices, with full CMS editing capability for the marketing team. The decoupled architecture allows independent scaling of frontend and content services.
