How we work together

Every engagement starts with a scoping call. We don't do vague discovery sprints or charge for a proposal. We ask the right questions, give you an honest estimate, and either take the project or tell you we're not the right fit. Engagements are project-based with clear milestones. No open-ended retainers, no ongoing partnership language. You know what you're getting and when. We don't share source code during development, but you own everything at delivery.

No Data, No Work.

We don't start technical work without complete requirements. Unclear briefs produce poor software.

Fixed revision scope.

Revision rounds are capped and agreed upfront. Scope changes are priced separately.

No client Zoom calls.

Communication is async by default — documented requirements, clear handoffs, no meetings that could have been a message.
